Japanese honeysuckle Halliana

A vigorously growing climber that can reach a height of 4-6m. It blooms in late May and early June, and throughout the summer adorns the plant with its white, later yellowish, fragrant flowers. The leaves are green and remain on the plant through mild winters, preserving its decorative value in the garden. It grows well in a sunny or partially shaded spot and in garden soil. Water needs are moderate. It tolerates pruning well and is easily shaped. It can be planted as a specimen, to decorate vertical surfaces, and is ideal for covering fences, old trees, pergolas, and as a ground cover.
